Just because you’re stuck at home doesn’t mean you can’t have a great workout !! 💥⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Here’s a DUMBBELL ONLY Workout ⁣⁣ for the LOWER BODY 🦵⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ SAVE this post and try the workout for yourself 💕⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ SWIPE ACROSS to see all of the movements 👉⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 1A) Front Squats 4×10⁣⁣ 1B) Romanian Deadlifts 4×20⁣⁣ 2A) Lunge into Oblique Twist 4x10ea⁣⁣ 2B) Goblet Squats 4×20⁣⁣ 3A) Single Leg Romanian Deadlift 4x10ea⁣⁣ 3B) Straddle Squat Pulses 4×20⁣⁣ Note: Superset Exercises A + B ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ If you have a range of dumbbells available – aim to select a challenging weight for each exercise where you nearly reach failure at the end of each set 😬⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ HOWEVER .. if you only have a few light dumbbells available you would be best to set a timer instead and complete as many reps as possible using the following times:⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ A Exercises ➡️ 4 Sets x 30 Seconds⁣⁣ B Exercises ➡️ 4 Sets x 60 Seconds ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Either way is good – just make sure you push the intensity as high as you can !! 🔥⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ALSO ..
